Contraindications
Brow & Lash Concerns
• Eczema / Psoriasis in Brow or Eye Area
• Sunburn in Brow or Eye Area
• Hypersensitive Skin or Eyes
• Open Skin, Fresh Scar Tissue or Inflammation
• Bacterial Conjunctivitis (Pink eye)
• Pregnant / Breastfeeding
• Must Stop Using Retinol-Based Products, Skin-Thinning Prescriptions & Chemical Exfoliants (1-2 weeks prior)
• Contact Lenses (Must be removed before treatment)
• Using Brow or Lash Growth Serums
(Stop using a week before appointment)
*Lamination solution/tint may cause irritation or redness
*A patch test will be administered prior to your treatment
Sugaring Concerns
Sugaring cannot be preformed if :
• Hair isn’t at least ¼-½ inch long or the length of a grain of rice (refrain from shaving, trimming or tweezing before/in-between your appointments)
• You are using retinol, Retin-A, Differin, Obagi, Accutane or any other skin thinning prescriptions / treatments (must wait 3 weeks before treatment)
• Have Eczema / Psoriasis in areas being sugared
• Have sunburned, irritated or open skin in areas being sugared
• Have been tanning the same day
• Have allergies or sensitivities that could affect your service
Dicontinue use 3 days prior to appointment
• AHAs ( Glycolic Acid) / Salicylic Acid / Benzoyl Peroxide / Chemical Exfoliates
(Causes increased sensitivity and potential lifting)
